Welcome to Maui!

We are so excited to welcome you to the beautiful island of Maui for our wedding!
Known as the "Valley Isle," Maui is a tropical paradise with everything from stunning beaches and lush rainforests to breathtaking volcano views. Whether you're soaking up the sun on the beach, taking a scenic drive along the famous Road to Hana, or catching a sunrise at Haleakalā, there's something magical around every corner.

Maui Weather

The weather should be just about perfect, with temperatures ranging from 65°F to 80°F—warm enough for the beach but cool enough for a comfortable evening. There might be a quick rain shower here or there (it’s Maui, after all!), but don’t worry, the sun usually pops right back out. We suggest packing light, comfy clothes and maybe a light jacket for those gorgeous island sunsets.

Flying To Maui

Google flights to OGG

The best way to get to Maui is to fly into Kahului Airport (OGG), which is the main airport on the island. Several major airlines offer daily and direct flights to OGG, including Hawaiian Airlines, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta, Southwest, and United. Whether you're flying from the West Coast or another major city, there are plenty of convenient options to get you here. Once you arrive, it’s a scenic drive to our wedding location and the nearby Ka’anapali area!

Getting Around

Once you land at Kahului Airport (OGG), the easiest way to get around the island is by renting a car. Maui is best explored at your own pace, and having a car will give you the freedom to visit beaches, restaurants, and sights on your own schedule.
The major rental agencies, including Alamo, Avis, Enterprise, Budget, Hertz, and National, are conveniently located right at the airport, making it easy to pick up your vehicle as soon as you arrive.
If you prefer not to drive, ride-sharing options (Uber and Lyft), as well as airport shuttles and taxis, are also available to help you get to your hotel. Important to note that although ride-sharing is an option, it is more limited than on the mainland.
